Applicant certification

I certify that the information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting a foster application does not guarantee approval or placement of a dog. The Pawsible Project may determine whether a particular dog is appropriate for my household based on the dog's individual needs and available information. I authorize The Pawsible Project to contact my veterinarian, landlord or property manager, rescue organizations with which I have previously fostered, and the references listed in this application for purposes of evaluating my foster application.
