Our process
From shelter pull to furever home
Every dog in our program follows the same journey — out of the shelter, into our care, and home to a family. Here's exactly how it works.
The five steps of every rescue
- 1
Saved from euthanasia
We pull dogs from overcrowded Southern California shelters who are days — sometimes hours — from being euthanized for space. That pull is the moment everything changes for them.
- 2
Transported to our facility
Our team brings each dog safely to our home-like facility in Los Angeles, where they are welcomed calmly, checked over, and given a quiet place to decompress after the shelter.
- 3
Loved and groomed at our facility
Every dog gets veterinary care, a bath and grooming session, healthy meals, supervised play, and slow, steady affection while they heal and learn to trust again.
- 4
Social media announcement
Once a dog is healthy and settled, we introduce them to our community on social media so potential adopters and fosters can fall in love and apply to meet them.
- 5
Ready for their furever home
Through meet-and-greets, background checks, and careful matching, each dog heads home with a family who is prepared for them — the happy ending every dog deserves.
Our facility
A safe, trusted space to heal — not a kennel
Our rescue dogs recover at our home-like facility in Los Angeles, run with the same standard of care as our daycare, boarding, and grooming programs. We keep our intake small on purpose: fewer dogs means calmer days, cleaner spaces, and real one-on-one attention for every rescue.

Safe, clean, and supervised
Our play and rest areas are fully supervised, sanitized daily, and kept intentionally calm so rescue dogs can decompress without stress.
Cage-free comfort and personal care
Every dog is unique. We tailor rest times, playgroups, and one-on-one attention to each dog's needs and personality.
Grooming, training, and TLC
From after-rescue baths and trims to basic training support and senior-dog TLC, we care for them like they're our own.
A calm, home-like setup
We limit the number of dogs in our care at any one time so every rescue gets the quiet, individualized attention they need to thrive.
