Refund Policy

Donations to The Pawsible Project are generally non-refundable, as gifts are put to work immediately for veterinary care, supplies, and transport.

If you made a donation in error — such as a duplicate charge or the wrong amount — contact us within 30 days and we will gladly refund it.

Monthly donations can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund gifts already processed, unless the charge was made in error.

Adoption fees are refundable within 14 days of adoption if the placement does not work out and the dog is returned to us in good health.

After 14 days, adoption fees are considered a donation to the rescue and are non-refundable.

Email us with your name, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
