These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Pawsible Project website and your participation in our adoption, foster, volunteer, and donation programs. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

The Pawsible Project is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue based in Los Angeles, CA.

Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee placement. All adoptions are subject to our review process, which may include a background check, meet-and-greet, and home considerations.

Adoption decisions are made in the best interest of each dog. We may decline any application at our discretion.

Adoption fees help cover veterinary care, spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchipping, and are due at the time of adoption.

Foster homes are approved through our application process. While a dog is in your care, the dog remains the property of The Pawsible Project.

Fosters agree to follow our care guidance, keep dogs safe and supervised, and return dogs upon request or when an adoption is finalized.

Volunteers must submit an application and follow the safety instructions of our team at all times when handling dogs or representing the rescue.

Volunteering is at-will and either party may end the arrangement at any time.

Donations are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donation receipts are provided for tax purposes.

Recurring monthly donations can be canceled at any time by contacting us.

The content on this site — including text, photos, videos, and logos — belongs to The Pawsible Project and may not be reproduced without permission.

We work to keep dog profiles and site information accurate, but details such as availability, health, and temperament may change.

Interacting with animals carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Pawsible Project is not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date below.
